Dale Guillory

PacificWatersports.comHi Fellow Divers, My name is Dale Guillory I am a Divemaster at Pacific Watersports.  I started my diving adventure in Jan.1985 when my brother and I were certified Open Water Divers at Hoodsport Wa. My dive buddy and I joined a dive club and started diving a lot. We would do weekend trips and boat charters. One of the best trips was in my early years of diving in Canada in the beautiful water of British Columbia. It was an adventure, we swam with dolphins, seen Orca Whales with there young and so much sea life. I decided to get more education in diving and took an Advance Diver Course in Feb.1987.

I took my first warm water trip in 1992 to Cozumel Mexico and had a great time. It was nice when you can dive with only 6 lbs of weight. ( I still like Diving in Canada better). Since then I have been to the Cayman Islands, Bonaire, and Belize. My diving started to slow down so I decided to take a Rescue Diver Course and that got me excited again. I think every diver should take this class, for it will open your eyes. I was certified Rescue Diver Feb. 1998. I asked Laurie at Pacific Watersports what a divemaster was and how I could become one. I signed up that day and was certified in Dec.1998. I really enjoy helping with classes and new students. It is great to see their faces after the first open water dive with a new world they have found.

Other hobbies I enjoy are motorcycle riding, snow skiing, water skiing, and hunting. Between work and my fun stuff I keep pretty busy, but enjoy every dive class. Thanks for reading and find something to keep the excitement like I did and keep diving.

See you down under Divemaster Dale
